Your credit card will be processed once your order has been submitted. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once the transaction is complete.
25% of the total purchase price is non-refundable; 75% will be refunded if the order is cancelled within seven days. If an order is cancelled after seven days, 50% of the purchase price will be refunded.
No refunds can be made after an order has shipped. Exchanges will be made in the event that frames are damaged or collages have been misprinted.
We have a 24 - hour guarantee policy. Should you receive a defective collage, please notify us at rayfung@ saloncollages.com within 24 hours upon the arrival of your package.
