The collages are a collection of hair design diagrams resulting from a collective effort of art, craft and design, and they are meant to please the eyes and stimulate the minds of both hairdressers and clients, as well as to decorate salons.
Since
these are the first edition of the collages,
they are the most valuable. Each collage is part of a limited
edition, and only 1,000 copies of each collage will
be printed. Once these collages have been sold, the next edition
of collages, in completely different styles, will follow.
The collages are created in 2 rectangular shapes,
vertical and horizontal; and there are 5 sizes available:
small, medium, large, extra-large and very-large. This allows
hairdressers and salon owners to hang collages in rooms and
salons of any size. Each size collage contains a different number
of hair design diagrams. The larger the collage, the more diagrams
it will have.
Each collage purchased will be customized to
include your salon’s name (not
the individual purchaser’s name), the date of purchase,
the edition number, the collage’s identity number and
the number of prints sold of that particular collage, in addition
to the creator’s approval stamp, all of which serve to
distinguish it in terms of integrity, authenticity and
originality.
We use a different set of hair design diagrams
to create each size in the collection, each of which took years
to create. The larger the collage, the more sophisticated the
hair design diagrams. The hair design diagrams used in the collages
have been carefully selected from hundreds of diagrams; in addition,
we redesigned and rearranged the original diagrams creatively
to ensure that they are as eye-catching and alluring as possible.
The large collages are best displayed in receptions
or waiting areas since they will catch the eye of
everyone entering the salon. The medium collages are best
displayed in cutting rooms next to the haircutting
stations. Small collages are typically best for powder
and changing rooms.
